applying for mini-grants and participating in CBN
sponsored activities is to become a CBN coalition
member. The following lists of applications are easily
downloaded to your PC. Please complete and mail in to
P.O. Box 8031, Hampton, VA 23666 or send via email.
We are always looking for new ideas, energy, and
enthusiasm to strengthen our communities and our
youth.

DFC Service Grant
is designed to empower community-based coalitions to
increase the education and drug-free alternative
activities in the neighborhoods of Newport
News.
CBN's
Mission
Our mission is to promote drug-free communities and
positive youth development within the cities of Newport News and
Hampton. We offer financial and technical support, networking
opportunities, and educational training. The Community Builders Network
(CBN) is an organization of coalitions consisting of youth and adult
partnerships.
