CBN's Mission

Our mission  is to promote drug-free communities and positive youth development within the cities of Newport News and Hampton.  We offer financial and technical support, networking opportunities, and educational training.  The Community Builders Network (CBN) is an organization of  coalitions consisting of youth and adult partnerships.
